Nike Hyperdunk White/Sport Red-Black

NHyperdunkWhiteBred1
Thought to at first have lost its steam, the Nike Hyperdunk returned with a fury in the second half of the 2009-2010 NBA season. In the beginning of March we showed you a black/sport red Nike Hyperdunk, and now we’ve spotted what seems to be that pair’s inverse. Pictured here is the white/sport red-black Nike Hyperdunk that fills out a primarily white upper with select red and black accents. This basketball shoe will see an August release from select Nike retailers nationwide.

Pictured here is a black/dark grey-metallic silver colorway of the revamped Nike Hyperdunk 2010 that is readying itself to make some more noise very soon. NikeKobeAstonMartinPack1
It was all the way back in June of 2009 that we brought you a sneak peek at a production sample pair of a Nike Hyperdunk that drew inspiration from the Aston Martin commercial where Kobe Bryant appears to have jumped straight up into the air in order to evade an Aston Martin speeding directly towards him. We’ve gotten better glimpses of that shoe and an accompanying Nike Zoom Kobe V since then, but now we have some concrete release information. This pack of Nike basketball sneakers will release from the House of Hoops location in Los Angeles, California beginning this Friday, May 14th in VERY limited numbers. PLAN AHEAD, and good luck!

Nike Player Exclusives @ House of Hoops

NikeDWestABrooksPEs1
Amid all the Player Exclusives hysteria of recent months, two of our more popular ones have recently made their way to the shelves of House of Hoops locations nationwide. Although David West’s New Orleans Hornets and Aaron Brooks’ Houston Rockets were unable to make it to the playoffs in the loaded Western Conference of the NBA, their Nike Player Exclusives- the Air Max Hyperize and Hyperdunk low, respectively- have been a hit with our readers and could very well be off the shelves before you get your shot. So act fast, and let us know if you prefer the low-top basketball sneaker design to the high-top cut or vice-versa.

In the middle of March we brought you a look at the “home” pair of Nike Hyperdunk low Aaron Brooks Player Exclusives. With the low-top basketball sneaker being a bigger and bigger hit among professional athletes, Aaron Brooks is just one more fan. While these are understandably harder to get a hold of than your run-of-the-mill general Nike release, limited pairs of it have actually gone on sale from the Nike basketball store in Hong Kong. Work those connects, people. This could be your only chance. For now, enjoy these new, high-quality images of one of the cleaner Nike Hyperdunk low PEs we’ve seen to date.

Nike Hyperdunk Low – Blue / White

Nike Hyperdunk Low - Blue / White

The Nike Hyperdunk Low is becoming quite a popular sneaker for NBA stars and park ballers alike, simply due to its lightweight and clean design. This Hyperdunk low hosts a blue upper with white accents seen on the midsole, swoosh, outsole, flywire, tongue tag, and rear. In addition, this pair also appears to host a light grey speckle on the midsole which nicely contrasts the overall cleanliness of the upper. The blue/white Nike Hyperdunk Low is now available at selected retailers overseas, but there is currently no word on a future stateside release.

Nike Hyperdunk – Gonzaga University PE

Nike Hyperdunk - Gonzaga University PE

We have seen a multitude of Nike Hyperdunk PEs over the course of the past few weeks mainly due to March Madness and the NCAA Tournament. This time around, Nike has decided to reward the  Gonzaga University with their very own colorway of the Hyperdunk. The Gonzaga PE hosts a navy blue upper accented by a navy to white gradient midpanel, red swoosh, red outsole, and red inner lining. In addition, the Gonzaga Bulldog can be seen on the tongue, while the inside of the tongue reveals the founding year of GU, 1887. The Gonzaga PE Nike Hyperdunk is not expected to release at any retailers.

Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Black/Varsity Purple-Del Sol – New Images

Hyperdunk2010LAL1
One of the first good looks we got at the Nike Hyperdunk 2010 came by way of a preview of the comet red/white-del sol colorway. Since then, we also got a look at what seems to be a L.A. Lakers-inspired colorway. We would like to now show you more detailed images of that pair, whose colorway is officially black/varsity purple-del sol. Does this color palette make this pair the best Nike Hyperdunk 2010 so far? This one here is set to drop during summer time later this year.

Nike Hyperdunk – University of Miami Player Exclusive

March Madness is here, and that means college basketball all day long! Many bubble teams are hoping for a miracle to get into the Big Dance. Well the University of Miami basketball team is that situation. But the only shot they have is to win the ACC tournament, which is very unlikely. With the not so good season that they are having, Nike is showing them some love. This Nike Hyperdunk is made exclusively for the University of Miami basketball team. The shoe features the University’s colors, which are eye catching. The white midsole give this shoe a nice contrast and changes things up a bit. Check out more pics after the jump.

Nike Hyperdunk Low – Black / White Now Available

hdl

The Nike Hyperdunk Low has finally arrived, the first colorway to hit retailers being this fail-safe black/white model. The sneaker is bound to draw comparisons to the lowtop models in Kobe Bryant’s signature sneaker collection, but this first colorway offers a simplicity not found in the AZK, featuring a black upper/midsole and hits of white in the flywire and Swoosh outline. Sporting a price tag of $90, the Hyperdunk Low is available now from Nike retailers like FinishLine.
