The latest Nike SB Dunk high may have people thinking of a another Nike SB Dunk high premium that dropped back in ’06. Due to its colorway this Nike SB Dunk high thats set to release next month, resembles the infamous Nike SB Dunk ‘Papa Bear’. Dressed in a Dark Obsidian, Varsity Red and Maple colorway, Obsidian appears on the side panels, eyestay and ankle collar while a Maple suede is used on the toe box, mud guard and back panel. A Varsity Red is used on the swoosh, inner lining and laces, all this sits on top of a White mid sole and Gum bottom. Now other information was given, but expect these to hit select Nike SB retailers sometime next month, and stay with Sneakerfiles for the latest on these.

A couple of months ago we brought our readers a look at a black/black-white pair of Nike Lava Dunks. That pair is being readied for a November release from certain Nike retailers alongside the beige/cream pair we can now bring you a look at also. We have seen a lot of clean colorways for the Nike Dunk this year. Most of the colorways we have seen this year have been real classy. By classy, I mean simple and strait forward. Well if you didn’t get enough of those classy colorways, Nike has yet another clean colorway for you. Check out this latest Nike Dunk High as it comes in a Midnight Navy/White colorway. This Nike Dunk High uses a few materials for its construction. Most of the upper is constructed of suede and leather, with those same materials appearing throughout the rest of the sneaker. Midnight navy leather covers the mid-panel and toe box, while navy suede is put into use on the toe, lace panels and the heel panel. Dark grey accents appear on the shoe laces, tongue tag branding and the entire midsole. Clean white is added to the Nike swoosh, tongue tag and the inner lining. Seems like Nike SB got inspiration for their lastest Nike SB Dunk low from the classic video game, Street Fighter. This Nike SB is suppose to resemble Chun-Li’s outfit with a mix of a Argon Blue suede and nylon on the upper, and Gold contrast stitching around the whole shoe. Lets not forget the White swoosh and mid-sole and a gum bottom-sole that goes well with the Gold accents. Throughout this summer, we have seen many simple colorways. With the summer having some really hot days, we have seen a lot of white sneakers. So, with the summer coming to an end very quickly, expect to see more black. Well it looks like Nike is getting a head start. Take a look at this latest Nike Dunk Low as it comes in a simple Black/White colorway.

As you can see, this Dunk sports a very clean look. Black nubuck is seen on the toe, lace panels, heel tab and heel. Smooth black leather covers the toe box, mid-panel and the collar area. California retailer Aristocrats has hooked up with SBTG and designed a couple pairs of Nike Blazers and Nike Dunk lows. The inspiration behind the designs come from the Vietnam war and features characteristics to help pertain the battle. The shoes are dubbed ‘Black Saigon’ and will release this up coming Saturday (August 7th) The shoes also include stark laces and will be very limited, only 8 pairs of blazers and 7 pairs of dunks will be sold.
