Nike Air Max Light – Black/Red/White – Sample

Almost every Air Max has had a huge year in 2010. We all know how big the Air Max 90 was this year with the legendary Infrared colorway making its release a couple of weeks ago. However, one Air Max model hasn’t had a good 2010 so far. The Air Max Light hasn’t been seen much in the first 8 months of 2010. With only about 4 months left in the year, the Air Max light could be the worst model part of the Air Max line. Well here we get a look at a Black/Red/White colorway of the Nike Air Max Light. However, this latest colorway is a sample pair, so we’ve no idea if this pair will release

. Black covers most of the sneaker, including the upper, inner lining, toe, midsole and the outsole. White is seen on the Nike swoosh and tongue, while red accents appear on the bottom eyelet and heel branding. I’m not a big fan of the Air Max Light, but it would be nice to see one release. What do you think of this Nike Air Max Light? Would you like to see a release? Check out a couple more images after the jump to get a better look.

Nike Air Max Light

Nike Air Max Light is known to have two big brothers in the likes of Air Max 1 and Air Max 90. But with these new color blockings Nike had for Air Max Light, it is definitely ready to shine on its own.

This Nike Air Light version has black leather that enwraps the toe box and the rest of the entire shoe. For its upper section, you can find grey suede, a white mesh and red accents can be found around the eyelets, its inner lining, and even popping out of the white and grey material of the shoes. This is again, mostly for its upper portions.

The previous colors used for this Nike sneaker series is the Sky/Blue Mint which were just reported around last month. With these wonderful colorway introductions, it is undoubtedly on its way to becoming popular in its own right. You can now get this at Overkill.

Nike Air Max Light – Tecmo Bo

2009 has been a good year for Bo Jackson, as yet another Nike model honoring the multi-sport athlete has hit the web. In this stage of his lengthy homage, the Nike Air Max Light gets taken for a spin, channeling Bo’s days in the MLB. The Kansas City Royals inspired colorway features the standard pixelated Jackson tongue-tag, but lacks the heavy pixel-ridden upper, the graphic building block subtly retreating to light accent work on the blue toe and heel sections. If you’re interested in completing your Tecmo Bo collection, you can grab a pair from Kix-Files for $115.
