Possible Nike x Lebron James 2010 Free Agency Tour

As if the hype surrounding where Lebron James may land once the Summer 2010 Free Agency period ends wasn’t already ridiculously out of control, this news will certainly heighten it. Sources have described a preliminary plan between the Nike brand and Lebron James that could see a different signature Nike Lebron sneaker developed for each city Lebron James hits along his free agency tour. The Hardwood Classic Nike Air Max Lebron VII pictured here in blue/orange-white could very well be what the New York sneaker looks like when he touches down here first. Eventually, Lebron will also pass by New Jersey, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles (to meet with the Clippers) and back to Cleveland before he makes his decision. As of now, there are no concrete details regarding these special Nike sneakers or whether or not they’d go on sale should they be produced. For now, we’ll have to wait just like we’ll have to wait until July 1st for Lebron James to discuss where he’ll sign with team representatives.

Release Reminder: Nike Air Max Lebron VII Low White/White-Gold

When the biggest Nike Lebron shoe to date turned low-top, several sneakerheads were unhappy to see that the 360-degree Air Max unit had been left off of it. Then, fans of the Air Max bubble unit were given hope when they saw a low-top verion of the Nike Air Max Lebron VII “Dunkman” with the 360-degree Air Max bubble unit in tact. While a release date for that one hasn’t popped up yet, the Nike Air Max Lebron VII low pictured here in white/white-gold IS releasing TODAY from House of Hoops locations and includes the Air Max bubble unit that several feel make the Lebron VII. Could this be your summer basketball shoe of choice?

Nike Air Max Lebron VII – “MVP”

Last night, Lebron James was formally presented with the MVP award by NBA Commissioner David Stern. And while Cleveland Cavaliers fans were all wearing commemorative MVP tees, you know the “King” had to celebrate in his own manner. However, instead of celebrating something like Christmas, this time around James had a personal achievement to celebrate. To that extent, the Nike Air Max Lebron VII pictured here on the feet of James himself reads MVP on the inner heel panels, which themselves have also been reworked with new materials. As for the colorway- it is predominantly white with Cleveland Cavaliers red throughout, while grey can be seen on the mid panels and yellow on the patented Nike swoosh. These actually ARE tentatively scheduled to release, so trust us to bring you said release information once it surfaces.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) – Heroes Pack

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) has already been seen in a multitude of colorways, and we now have a look at two more styles of James’ newest signature sneaker. These two pairs are inspired by two of LeBron James’ “heroes,” or idols, Deion Sanders and Penny Hardaway. The Penny edition yields a white upper accented by a blue crackled swoosh, black toebox, blue inner lining, white midsole, and a blue outsole, while the Sanders edition features a full red upper accented by a white swoosh, black midsole, white outsole, and black laces. Unfortunately, neither of these two sneakers will be made available to the general public.

Nike Air Max Lebron VII “Hardwood Classics Collection” – A Closer Look

It is become safer and safer to say that no other single basketball silhouette has made a bigger splash on the hardwood floor this NBA season than the Nike Air Max Lebron VII. Because of the vast array of different colorways used on this basketball sneaker model and the plethora of events it has been used to commemorate, the Nike Air Max Lebron VII seems to always come up in sneaker conversation. Earlier in the season, Lebron James chose to display his basketball expertise while sporting a mismatching pair of Nike Air Max Lebron VII Hardwood Classics whose colorways were basically the inverse of each other (and happen to go pretty darn well with a Knicks jersey). We also saw him sport another Nike Air Max Lebron VII in a dark red hue that matched another one of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Hardwood Classic uniforms. Now we’d like to show you some up-close shots of all three Hardwood Classics mentioned here for your viewing pleasure. Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) – Cool Grey / White

In early January, we had our first look at the “Cool Grey/White” Nike Air Max LeBron 7, and we are now receiving word that the aforementioned sneakers have begun to arrive at selected Nike retailers. This pair yields a full cool grey upper with white accents seen on the flywire, midsole, swoosh, laces, air max bubble, and text on the rear panel. Overall, this Air Max LeBron VII has one of the simplest and cleanest colorways we have seen yet, but what do you think? How does this colorway stack up with some of the other recent releases, such as the Dunkman and Akron editions?

They’re baaaaaaaaaaack. The Nike Air Max Lebron VIIs have been talked about and covered ad nauseam. From the “Dunkman” to the “2010 All-Star Game,” Lebron is steady making his signature sneaker line with Nike more and more memorable as well as popular. Now the Fairfax high school basketball team in Los Angeles has received special consideration with the Nike Air Max Lebron VII PE pictured here. While the upper comes in predominantly white, you can see yellow and red accents in places such as the Nike swoosh and as alternate Flywire paneling colors. If any word surfaces regarding what would surely be a limited release anyway, we’ll be sure to bring you it. For now, enjoy pictures of this sneaker after the jump.

Nike Air Max Lebron VII University of Kentucky PE

When pictures of the Nike Air Max Lebron VII “Christ the King” PE hit the ‘net, many sneakerheads were once again blown away by the execution of yet another LBJ VII. But there is one popular colorway that had not been executed on this phenomenal basketball sneaker- until now. And those of you who are fans of the royal blue Nike Air Foamposite One should take a liking to what you see here. We have come across pictures of the University of Kentucky Player Exclusive Nike Air Max Lebron VII, in an appropriate varsity royal/black-white colorway. The upper appears covered in black nubuck, while it leads down to a patent leather varsity royal midsole and toe box area. And as for the the flywire panels- they include a white Nike swoosh outlined in blue. Is THIS now the best LBJ VII yet?!

The “Dunkman” and “2010 East All-Star” pairs of the Nike Air Max Lebron VII have for some weeks now been the most talked about and revered colorways of the King’s latest signature sneaker. However, we would like to now present to you pictures of what several will feel is a long overdue Christ the King Player Exclusive Nike Air Max Lebron VII in the customary white/maroon-gold colorway. White covers the entire shoe from the toe box to the heel, while the upper (including flywire technology) is done in maroon with slight gold accents such as on the Nike swoosh outline and shoe laces.
