Although UNC fell short of the men’s Final Four, many fans could at least try to find some solace in looking forward to the white/Italy blue-black Jordan CMFT Viz Air 13 that comes out later this month. Well, here’s a colorway for all you Boston Celtics enthusiasts. Pictured here is the Jordan CMFT Viz Air 13 in black/apple green-white that drops in May for the retail price of $115 in adult sizes. In your opinion- does this one beat out the “UNC” colorway?

Almost two weeks ago, we were able to show you some images of a sample pair of original “olive” Air Jordan IXs. Today, we bring you a look at another original sample- this time of the Air Jordan VIII “playoffs” that first burst onto the scene in 1993. These samples, however, sport an alternate tongue logo different from the carpet one we’re used to seeing on the AJ VIII. This tongue came with an embroidered jumpman logo in front of a basketball and hoop image. Check out more images after the jump, and let us know what memories you have of the “playoff’s Air Jordan VIII.

Connected to the 2010 FIBA World Basketball Championship games, The Jordan Rare Air “United We Rise” sneaker has that Team USA theme written all over it. Be it the Midnight Navy base or the toe, mid-foot and the heels that are armed with prints of Red cement. Even though, the Jordan Rare Air has received a boo from some fans, but acceptance from sports fans and its striking sporty looks have given it an overall thumbs-up. The inclining rear outsole which sits over the air sole unit projects right to the heel midsole and gives the Rare Air a more of a mechanical look. A general look will give an impression that this is the most vivid physical attribute in this sneaker.
The midsole is speckled and gives the sneakers a glowing touch. The Midnight Blue high collars boast a dark red inner lining. The silver tongue is befitted with a big Jordan insignia, which in fact completes its sports status. Midnight Blue is again used in the laces. The Rare Air is available with a few color options in the mid-sole. The “United We Rise” pseudonym is more of a spirit building tag, but the machine-like mid-sole looks blend with the front-bending heel counter to give a mild sense of a fighter aircraft. The white outer sole completes the exotic impression of the Jordan Rare Air “United We Rise”.
Jordan Rare Air “United We Rise” is now placed at Jordan accounts to be picked away. You can also pick them up at the House of Loops.
We have already seen a peek at some of the biggest signature models. We have already seen the latest additions to the signature lines of both LeBron James and Kobe Bryant with Nike. Jordan Brand has showed off a few signature models this summer, but Nike is obviously on top. Well Jordan Brand comes out with the latest addition to the Chris Paul’s signature line. Take a look at this Jordan CP3.IV as it comes in a White/Orion Blue/Black colorway. The design of Chris Paul’s fourth signature sneaker is different from his third. This lower cut model uses white on the upper, tongue and the outsole. Black covers areas such as the shoe laces, collar area, tongue label, midsole and the tiny Jumpman on the heel area. The only color placed on the sneaker is Orion blue, which appears on the inner lining and lace holders. How do you like Chris Paul’s fourth signature model? Is this the best one yet? These are expected to release sometime in 2011, so keep it here for updates.
The Air Jordan Pro Strong is one of my favorite team Jordan’s. Overall, I just love the design and the colorways have been mostly great since its debut. Most people feel the same way I do. With it borrowing its design from the Air Jordan 13, it was bound for success as a team Jordan. Well if you basketball players out there need a new basketball sneaker, you’re in luck as a new colorway of the Air Jordan Pro Strong has surfaced. This latest Air Jordan Pro Strong comes in a White/Black/Varsity Red colorway.
This Air Jordan Pro Strong sports a Bulls like colorway. White covers the entire quarter panel, outsole and the bottom of the tongue. Black is put into use on the toe box, mudguard, heel, inner lining, tongue, shoe laces and areas of the outsole. Varsity Red accents appear on the piping, tongue and other minor areas around the sneaker. I already said that I really like the Air Jordan Pro Strong. What do you think of this latest colorway? These are available now at Finish Line. Make sure you check out more images after the jump to get a better look.
The World Basketball Festival has caused major mayhem the last couple of weeks. The biggest thing that came from the World Basketball Festival is the “For the Love of the Game” pack, which we have seen plenty of. The “For the Love of the Game” pack features some nice kicks, but none more anticipated than this Air Jordan VII Retro “For the Love of the Game”. This isn’t just any ordinary colorway, it’s an original colorway. The biggest change between this year’s retro and OGs is the “For the Love of the Game” logo which is seen on the heel area. Since it’s an OG colorway, it will receive more hype than new colorways. White covers most of the sneaker, including the toe and heel. Silver is seen on the lace panels, while red accents jump onto the inner lining and outsole. Navy blue and gold accents are also used and appear throughout the design. These will release tomorrow, August 13th, 2010, at select retailers for $150. Are you going to pick up a pair? Check out detailed images after the jump to get a better look.
We got out first look at the Air Jordan 2 “Candy Pack” a couple of days ago. The candy pack features three colorways of the Air Jordan II Retro. One of them is green, the other is red and the last one is yellow. The candy pack has received mixed comments. Some have liked the loud and eye-catching colorways, while others just think all of them are hideous. I’m kind of on the fence of the entire pack. However, of all three colorways, I think the yellow one is the worst.
Here we get images of the Del Sol/Black colorway of the Air Jordan II Retro “Candy Pack”. These images focus on the yellow pair alone. The shoe owns a Del sol upper. Black accents appear on the midsole, shoe laces, lace holders, heel and the inner lining. The only area of white on the sneaker is the outsole. What do you think of the Del Sol/Black colorway? The entire “Candy Pack” is expected to release sometime this fall, so keep it here for updates. Via Sneakernews
You should have a pretty good idea of the Air Jordan XIII Premio by now. We have seen many images of the Bin 23 13s, so you probably made up your mind if you want to cop a pair or not. If you have decided to pick up a pair of the Bin 23 13s, good luck because these are limited to only 1734 pairs. Even though we have seen many images, an official release date has yet to surface. We have heard sometime in late August, but nothing is confirmed yet.
The Air Jordan XIII Premio comes in a Team Red/Desert Clay/White colorway. Clean white is placed on the toe, tongue, midsole and outsole. Team red suede covers the collar area and side panels, while that same red is seen on the inner lining. Desert clay appears on the heel and sections above the midsole. The sneaker also features the Bin 23 stamp on the premium leather tongue. The shoe is packaged in a brown box which includes a sneaker bag and shoe trees. What do you think? Check out the newest images after the jump for a better look.
Yesterday we got a look at the Air Jordan IX “For the Love of the Game” pack which was a collaboration between Jordan Brand and Skull Candy. Well Jordan Brand and Skull Candy have joined forces once again as they give us another great package. Take a look at this Air Jordan VII “For the Love of the Game” pack. This 7 pack features the same items from the 9 pack, just it different colors and of course the Olympic 7s. This Air Jordan VII package is just as limited as the Air Jordan IX package, both are limited to just 23 sets. Just like the Air Jordan IX “For the Love of the Game” pack, the Air Jordan VII “For the Love of the Game” pack will be available exclusively at Atmos NYC and House of Hoops by Foot Locker on August 13th, 2010. If you want to cop the Olympic 7s by itself, it owns the same August 13th, 2010 release date. Check out a couple more images after the jump and let us know what you think.

Jordan brand recently just drop the Air Jordan 2010 outdoor and the Alpha 1 outdoor, so JB decided to make two videos to show off the shoes and their performance on the tough blacktops all around. NBA All-Stars and Jordan brand players Dwyane Wade, Gerald Wallace, Joe Johnson, and Mike Bibby show off both the 2010 and Alpha 1 in action in the videos, so check out the vids after the jump and let us know which ’Outdoor’ you prefer.

Lately, we have seen a lot of Jordan Brand news regarding Derek Jeter and/or sneakers/cleats inspired by the New York Yankees shortstop. If you recall, Jordan Brand recently prepared a Defining Moments version of the Jordan Jeter Throwback cleat for Derek Jeter to wear in special games. Now, the medium grey/dark grey/black-white Jordan Jeter Throwback sneaker is available for purchase from several Nike retailers at the retail price of approximately $100. Do you see enough to get you interested? How probable is it that the Jeter Throwback eventually play a significant role in team Jordan Brand sales?

I want to be just like Derek Jeter. Sure, I am a girl and I am not playing for baseball for the New York Yankees but I want my own signature line. I envy him because he now has his signature line named Jordan Jeter Throwback. I know that it is not easy to train in Tampa under Jason Riley but I just can stop myself to wish for myself. Aside from the said line of collection, designer Octavio Lubrano’s great mind will contribute to each Air Jordan shoe for Jeter. It is not that often that your career’s defining moments can be sculpted on shoes whereas this player has a chance to do so. He’s lucky number maybe 9 for having the ninth shoe exclusive for his 9 best moments that resulted to the Throwback later on. With subtle hybrid design, the participating silhouettes include Air Jordan XI, Air Jordan IX, Air Jordan VI, Diamond Fury, Jeter Captain, Jeter Clutch, Jumpman Jet, Jumpman Jeter Official and Jumpman DJ. Stay tuned for more details.

Michael Finley has been in the NBA for a long time now. He’s had a great career with many great NBA teams. Here’s a interesting story for all you Michael Finley fans out there. In 1992, Michael Finley won a contest held by a local TV station in which he won a chance to play one-on-one with Michael Jordan. After the pickup game, Michael Jordan said to Finley “Maybe i’ll see you again in a few years”. And boy was Jordan ever right. So with a great early relationship with Michael Jordan, Michael Finley received many Player Exclusives over the years.
Well here is a Air Jordan XV Player Exclusive that was given to Michael Finley while he was with the Dallas Mavericks. The sneaker was designed to match the Mavericks home uniform. The kicks feature a white leather base with blue accents seen on areas such as the inner lining and midsole. Finleys number with the Mavs, 4, is placed on the inside of the tongue while “FIN” is seen on the pull tab. I’m not a big fan of 15s, so these aren’t really attracting to me. But let us hear your opinion on these.
