Finally, our first feature of Puma and Alexander McQueen’s Winter collection for women. The AMQ Skin Women’s sleek and stitched up design is one of the five models included in this collection. McQueen derived and incorporated an anatomical design which is based on the spirit of this collection. Featuring a dry heavily grained leather upper with soft velvety leather that reinforced the design’s femininity. The style plays with curves and lines and overall exudes a fine pair of sneakers.

Continuing the series for Puma and Alexander McQueen’s Winter collection is the AMQ Scarred Street Low in four modern and neutral colorways. Inspired by ‘music tribes’ and the prevalent “street” influences to McQueen, this model would certainly appeal to anyone who would prefer casual yet fashionable sneakers. Interesting detail includes the vulcanized rubber outsole with cellular graphic which still takes inspiration from the Human Anatomy theme, the heart and soul of this collection.

Continuing this series, Alexander McQueen has this outdoor-inspired Trail mid designed for Puma as part of its Autumn Winter collection. With the colder season already creeping around the corner, you can stay warm on your feet while on the streets. As expected for most of this style, it features a combination of suede and nubuk materials for its upper, along with a two-tone mesh. The two-tone hiking laces sure was a nice touch and lends authenticity to the design concept. McQueen’s  personal twist to this model is present in the thermocratic material thats forms the quarter panels, as well as the formstripe that changes color as to conform to the heat generated by the user’s foot. Neat, huh?
