Air Jordan Flight 9 “Olympic”

Yesterday we saw the “Olympic” colorway make its way to a team Jordan. The Air Jordan Rare Air took on the “Olympic” colorway, and it didn’t fit the design very well. We have seen the Olympic colorway a lot over the years, especially in 2008. However the Olympic colorway is fading away and many don’t like it anymore. Well Jordan Brand has decided to use the Olympic colorway once again. The latest sneaker to take on the “Olympic” is this Air Jordan Flight 9. This Flight 9 should receive nothing but negative and hurtful comments. White covers most of the sneaker, including the upper, toe and the midsole. Black is put into use on the heel tab, tongue, collar area and the outsole. The Olympic colors appear on the heel tab, inner lining, tongue and just above the midsole. The Rare Air was just hideous and this Flight 9 is even worse. Jordan Brand, just stop with the Olympic colorways for now. If you’re really feeling these, you can pick up a pair now at Finishline.

Air Jordan Flight 9 “Oreo”

One of the new colorways to have done so well on a more classic Air Jordan silhouette this year has to be the black/white Air Jordan VI nicknamed the “Oreo” AJ VI. That said, it appears as though Jordan Brand is testing out the Oreo theme with a team Air Jordan silhouette. Pictured here is the Air Jordan Flight 9 in a black/white “Oreo” colorway that uses black as the base color and speckled white throughout the midsole. You’ll see these on the shelves of Air Jordan retailers come August.

Air Jordan Flight 9 Sample “Oreo”

We’re fresh off the release of the Oreo 6s, which got a pleasant welcome from sneakerheads. Well here we have a sneaker that is hated by most people, The Air Jordan Flight 9. The Flight 9 is the latest sneaker to take on the “Oreo” colorway and it uses it very well. These are a sample and are expected to release later this year.

These Flight 9 Oreos feature a base made mostly with black. Suede is placed on the toe box while patent leather is used on the heel and the toe area. The nickname “Oreo” comes from the obvious midsole which features a black/white speckle design. Other features include a net design on the side panels and a light grey outsole. Again, these are expected to release sometime later this year. How do you like this Air Jordan Flight 9.
