Now available at suggested retail price is the Air Jordan 1 (I) ‘Do the Right Thing’ pack. These sneakers have been one of the most anticipated Jordan 1 releases of the year. Original colorways of the first Air Jordans have been one of the most collectible shoes during the recession. As most prices of rare shoes plummeted in correlation with the state of the economy,  OG 1s have gained value. Those of us who cannot afford to spend thousands of dollars for the original 1985 release may now purchase these retro shoes at the retail price of  $110 per pair (with free shipping) at UTA.

Parra is no new name when it comes to sneaker collaborations. The independent Holland-based artist has teamed up with Vans and Nike multiple times in the past, and we now have a look at his latest collaboration with Converse. To celebrate a BBQ event in Berlin that will take place tomorrow, Converse has called upon Parra for a new colorway of their classic high-top model. This pair features a white upper accented by a blue bratwurst image that has “Simply The Wrust” on it. Unfortunately, the Parra x Converse Chuck Taylor High was only made in limited quantities and will be given away to friends and family at the aforementioned BBQ.

Today we have a first look at the Nike Transformers II Pack, which is composed of three sneakers directly inspired by the hit movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This pack is composed of the Nike Zoom Flight Club, Zoom Sharkalaid, and Zoom Fun Police, but unfortunately we only have pictures of two of the three sneakers to share. The Fun Police from this pack is inspired by Bumblebee, and it hosts a yellow upper with black and silver accents. The Zoom Sharkalaid, inspired by Soundwave, yields a blue upper with white, yellow, and red accents. The Nike Transformers II Pack will release in special action figure inspired boxes this Summer.

With America’s Independence Day just around the corner, Sneaker Files will be paying tribute to four sneakers that successfully capture the spirit of America throughout the next few days. The first sneaker on that list is the “Made in USA” New Balance 993. As the name of the sneaker denotes, this New Balance model was manufactured solely in the United States of America. Though it is extremely uncommon for sneaker brands to manufacture their products in the USA, New Balance has been doing so since 1906. The newest sneaker from NB’s Made in the USA collection is this 993, which hosts a grey suede upper with black and white accents. The New Balance 993 “Made In USA” is now available at select retailers for around $125.

Though the Nike Zoom LeBron 6 (VI) Low has not been met with the same type of success as its higher cut counterpart, Nike Basketball continues to release new colorways in the low-top ZL6. This time around, the sneaker hosts a white upper with baltic blue accents on the swoosh and tongue tag, while black accents are visible via the mid-sole, inner lining, and heel. Another key aspect of this pair is the white contrast mid-sole stitching that gives this style a unique look. The Nike Zoom LeBron 6 (VI) Low - White/Baltic Blue-Black should be available at your local retailers in the coming weeks.

Months ago, rumors surfaced that the Air Jordan X (10) Chicago Bulls White/Black - Team Red would be reissuing again sometime in 2010. Grainy images of the samples have hit the ‘net, and if these do release, it’s readily apparent that there’s a few slight differences between the “OG” and ‘10 update. The retro’s cut along the ankle is a little slimmer and shorter than that of its progenitor and both Jumpman logos are facing the same way. Look for the Air Jordan Retro X (10) “Chicago” sometime in 2010!

New Orleans Hornets point God Chris Paul will rock the third installment from his signature line, the Jordan CP3.III during the 2009-’10 season. Initially, the high performance hoops shoe will hit retail in white/black/red and black/orion blue/white. The shoe features combination patent leather/leather or leather/nubuck uppers with an exposed horizontal stitch line that runs from the outrigger and wraps around the heel. Chris Paul’s Jordan CP3.III will release this Spring wherever shoes are sold for $118.

Alessandro Dell’Acqua is another fashion designer to capitalize on the demand for luxe sneakers.  His spring 2009 collection includes a line of high and low tops.   Like Lanvin and YSL, Alessandro Dell’Acqua keeps the design style of the sneaker classic and uses embellishments (patent leather, velcro straps and hardware) to make the shoe pop.  The white leather and Vernice Blue patent shown above comes in other variations including nylon and patent leather. Alessandro Dell’Acqua Patent Leather Sneaker retails for $393.

As most of you must have heard by now, Addidas in collaboration with the eclectic and far-out designer Jeremy Scott have released last season’s flamboyant designs- JS Wings & JS Logo Scott kicks. If you think you found those pairs too much for your taste, wait till see you these kicks for this upcoming season.

Gone are the usual oversize tongue & oversize logo Adidas is known for. This time, Jeremy Scott reveals an eye-catching 3-Tongue Altitude sneaker. This Iconic Altitude model in bumble-bee colorway- yellow and black has three tongues layered over the laces which you can opt to play around and either lace some of the three in to mix it up. So for those who like attention, watch out for these 3 Tongue Altitude kicks this coming August & cop it for a mere €220.

Looking for a perfectly cool shoes for your little ones? Here is your best choice. The Nike Dunk Low “Peaches” Grade School has a very unique colorway and is great for the season. This Dunk Low is constructed form a number of different materials. The peach toe area uses patent and smooth leather, pearlized pink leather on the side and the lime green swoosh are made from a nylon material. Out in the market for $60.

Here is a sneak peak of the upcoming Rising Sun edition of the Air Jordan XII retro. Almost the entire sneaker is White with a touch of Black and Varsity Red to make it pop. And where does the name came from? Perhaps it’s the red rising sun graphics on the insole. And it also has a perforated leather design that mirrors a morning sunrise. It will be released October this year for $150. The materials are quite barf but pretty cool shoes we have here don’t you think?

Who would have thought that these AIR JORDANS are just product of one’s creativity using Photoshop? You read it right folks! These are just edited pictures of some Air Jordan Retros. Thanks to the creative imagination of a certain artistic Air Jordan buff ‘Arqangel6’, we can see these Jordans in different colorways never seen before. We have here another awesome release of the Nike Blazer High featuring a multicolored upper with some combination of abstract, pastel and neon design making one unique and interesting colorway. The shoe lace is totally eye-catching for its orange color perfectly matches the white/orange midsole while the toebox is in strong red canvass and finally, the swoosh is in white leather giving a contrast to the colorful body. Women will surely be attracted to these irresistible Blazers.

Adidas is coming up with its Tournament Edition Collection, featuring four classic shoes namely Stan
Smith Vintage, Grand Slam Vintage, Nastase Super, and Lendl Comp Vintage. This tennis inspired premium vintage sneaker collection is expected to return this upcoming Fall. All four comes in white colorway premium leathers with minimal accents.

In our Jordan Brand 2010 Preview, we showcased catalog scans of upcoming Air Jordans, including the highly sought after “Infrared” Air Jordan 6 (VI). Jordan Brand will be bringing back one of the most popular sneakers ever next year, but there will be two catches. The first is that varsity red will replace infrared accents, and the second catch is that the sneaker will come in suede rather than the original nubuck material. Other key aspects of this AJ 6 are the out-sole which appears to be white rather than a clear sole and the air bubble which is black rather than clear. Please be aware that this pair is only a sample, and we will surely keep you up to date as soon as any more information or pictures become available. The Air Jordan 6 (VI) Retro - Black/Varsity Red is scheduled to release in January 2010.
