This Nike SB is a collaboration with Fly and Triumvir. Fly is a skate store in China and Triumvir belongs to the company called Cali. Fly and Cali chose to work on the “Beijing” Dunk Mid. Nike SB was the third arm in this project involving all three companies.

Ripp’s top customer Day asked the designer to create a pair of custom sneakers with a basketball theme. Rather than produce a tired pair of AF1s in basketball orange and black, Ripp looked at the entire basketball court as his inspiration.
